Selling
1.
Verify your email before listing items for sale. Go to [My Page > Settings] to complete email verification.
2.
After your listed item is purchased, you can freely chat with the buyer.
3.
After successfully delivering the item, press [Transfer Completed].
4.
Once the transfer is completed, your net earnings will be deposited into your wallet.
Buying
1.
Press [Buy Now] to purchase the item you want.
2.
Verify your email before paying by card or bank transfer. Go to [My Page > Settings] to complete email verification.
3.
After you purchase an item, you can freely chat with the seller.
4.
After successfully receiving the item, press [Transfer Completed].
5.
Note that once the transfer is completed, the transaction cannot be undone. Make sure to double-check the item information and character name before proceeding.
Returns & Refunds
1.
If the buyer requests a refund, it will be processed after approval from the seller.
2.
Sellers are required to accept valid return requests. However, if the buyer has already pressed [Confirmed Receipt] paid the seller, the buyer and seller must negotiate the return and refund directly.
3.
If the buyer requests a return, the buyer and seller must reach an agreement. Overtake does not intervene in this process.
4.
Returned purchases must be in good condition. The buyer and seller are responsible for arranging the return delivery.
Disputes
1.
If a dispute arises regarding a transaction or cancellation, our customer support team can help resolve it.
2.
Send the details of the dispute to the email below, and our support team will respond promptly.
