Usage Guide

A simple guide for safe and transparent transactions.

Selling

1.
Email verification is required to list an item for sale. Go to My Page (top right) > Settings to complete email verification and notification settings.
2.
Once your item is listed and purchased, chat with the buyer will be activated.
3.
After transferring the item, click Complete Transfer if everything is in order.
4.
After completion, the payment (minus fees) will be deposited into your wallet.

Buying

1.
Find the item you want and click Buy to purchase.
2.
When paying by card or bank transfer, email verification is required. Go to My Page (top right) > Settings to complete email verification and notification settings.
3.
After purchase, chat with the seller will be activated.
4.
Once you receive the item, click Confirm Receipt if everything is in order.
5.
After completion, the platform cannot reverse the transaction. Please double-check the item and character ID before confirming.

Returns & Refunds

1.
Buyers may request a refund through the company. Refunds are only processed if the seller agrees.
2.
Sellers must accept valid return requests. However, once the buyer clicks Confirm Receipt and payment is sent to the seller, returns and refunds are handled directly between buyer and seller.
3.
To request a return, buyers must contact the seller in advance and reach an agreement. The company does not intervene in this process.
4.
When returning an item, the buyer must deliver it to the seller in good condition. Responsibility for return delivery rests with the buyer and seller.

Disputes

1.
You may request assistance if an issue or dispute arises during, after, or upon cancellation of a transaction.
2.
